A quantitative trading company is seeking expert C++ programmers with excellent analytical skills for research and development of black-box or algorithmic trading systems. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior management creating advanced trading systems.

Requirements:
2 to 20 years of software development experience developing non-trivial software systems.
Expert level C++/UNIX programming skills.
Strong computational skills with demonstrated ability to develop algorithms for finance, simulation, machine learning, data mining, etc.
Ability to work independently or in a small team in an intense financial industry environment.
A strong academic background in computer science, mathematics, physics, and other computational sciences.
PhD or MS degree.
Financial industry experience is NOT required. However:
Experience with equities or other high-frequency trading is a plus.
Trading system development experience is a plus.
Location: Stamford, CT & NYC
Compensation: $100,000 to $175,000 starting base salary commensurate with experience + substantial bonus
